The Anti Bloat Smoothie

Feeling bloated or gassy? Then this is the perfect smoothie for you! We made it for those times we're having tummy troubles or just want to soothe our stomach after a few days of eating foods that leave us feeling not so great (it happens..).  

It's filled with mint, ginger, and chia seeds which are all incredibly soothing to the digestive system. Next time you find yourself bloated or want a light and soothing smoothie, whip up this anti bloat smoothie.

Anti Bloat Smoothie

What You Need

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 handful of spinach or rocket
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
