Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)


This amazing anti-inflammatory drink is perfect for colder days when our bodies naturally crave something warm and comforting. It’s filled with health boosting ingredients and antioxidants that support the liver and help fight free radicals (hello glowing skin!). With some dark chocolate, this is the perfect + nourishing afternoon pick me up.  

What You Need

  • 2 cups milk of choice 
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A small pinch of grated ginger


Simply pour all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain the milk if you have large pieces of ginger and/or cinnamon. To serve, add a little honey and cinnamon on top. 

Enjoy it while it's hot!
